Common fixes
The Light Score says "Waiting for a forecast". Forecasts need a network connection once every few hours. Sun times, arcs and the Sky view never do.
AR heading looks off. Wave the iPhone in a figure-8 away from metal and magnets — the app coaches this automatically when it detects interference.
An alarm didn't fire. Check Settings → Notifications → SunDeck, and for alarm-style alerts confirm the alarm permission. Polar-season pauses are shown on the alarm row, never silent.
Restore a purchase. Settings → SunDeck Pro → Restore, or the paywall footer. Lifetime is Family-Shareable.
